When this historic Victorian home, in a town known since the 1800s for its sylvan lake, was renovated to house full spa and salon services, I was asked to develop the spa's brand, execute a logo, and create promotional materials. Because the interior design of the space was completed and already "a statement," I had to consider it in my creative strategy. The "healing waters and escape" positioning came to me on a trip to Saratoga Springs, and the line "Around the corner, a million miles away" was born.
